Field of research: The value of “precedent” in the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union

Breve biografia e aree di ricerca: Miriam Postiglione (Ponte dell’Olio (PC), Italy, 1991) graduated in Law from the University of Milan (110/110 cum laude) in April, 2016. Miriam is currently undertaking a PhD in European Union Law, focusing on the procedural law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the value of “precedent” in the case law of the Court of Justice, under the supervision of Professor Massimo Condinanzi. Her research is also addressing the legal reasoning and the legal theory of the Court of Justice of the European Union. She cooperates with the European Union Law Chairs at the University of Milan and she held lectures in the European Law course.
Miriam conducted a research at the library of the Court of Justice of the European Union (March, 2017).
