Short biography and research areas: Chiara Lunetti (Milan, Italy, 1990) holds a cum laude degree in Law from the University of Milan, graduating in Bankruptcy Law with Professor Angelo Castagnola. Chiara was awarded as Top Graduate of the Year 2013/2014 by Algiusmi (the University of Milan Alumni Association). She is currently enrolled in a PhD focusing on actions deriving directly from insolvency proceedings and closely linked with them, according to Regulation 848/2015, under the supervision of Professor Stefania Bariatti. Her research interests include also (material) Bankruptcy Law and, specifically, the issue of the measures aiming at the prevention of the distress of companies– a topic on which she has recently published an article in IlFallimentarista, Le misure d’allerta in Italia de iure condendo, 22 june 2016).
