Short biography and research areas: Nannerel Fiano (Milan, Italy, 1991) holds in 2016 a cum laude degree in Law from the University of Milan.
During the writing of the thesis she spent a short period of research at the Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg.
She is presently undertaking a PhD in constitutional law concerning the temporal modulation of the declarations of unconstitutionality’s effects arranged by the Constitutional Court, under the supervision of Professor Maria Elisa D’Amico.
About the theme of the temporal modulation of the declarations of unconstitutionality’s effects arranged by the german Constitutional Court she published an article on Forum di Quaderni Costituzionali entitled “The temporal modulation of the Constitutional Court’s decisions between the declaration of unconstitutionality and parliament’s discretion: a glance at the german jurisprudence”.
Nannerel works closely with the Chair of Constitutional law (M-Q) and Constitutional Justice.
