Short biography and research areas: Lavinia Del Corona holds a cum laude degree in Law from the University of Milan.
She is presently undertaking a PhD concerning the study of the role of Public Administration Authorities in the implementation of civil, social, economic and political rights. In particular, the target of her research is to observe, through a jurisprudential study, how constitutional rules can limit public administration authorities discretion in making decisions about fundamental rights.
Lavinia works closely with the Chair of Constitutional Law (A – D) and of Protection of fundamental rights and technical evaluation.
Lavinia will conduct a comparative study about her research in the USA.
